Today we anticipate being very busy with the opening day of the 2021 Clean Eating Challenge. For that reason we are not going to program a specific workout of the day. You can use the class to lift, complete a workout of your own or do one you recently missed.

Those athletes who are taking part in CEC21.1 will complete the Body Compositon Assessment portion of the challenge. Remember to earn the 5 points for today’s workout athletes must complete a workout on their own while others are being assessed.
