1.5.2021 COLD MOON


Each night this week we will release information on the 2021 Stand Firm CrossFit Clean Eating Challenge, (CEC21.1).  Here are the 1st to elements.

1. You will participate with a partner. Between now and the 11th team-up with someone who wants to clean up their nutritional intake and develop some improved eating habits. We all know that working together helps us to stay accountable, keeps us on track and if done right can add to the fun. We will have weekly challenges that will be completed with your partner. These will be fun simple activites that will help you reach your clean eating goals.

2. One of the CEC20.1 requirements will be to eat the Big Ol’Salad each day. This can have any dressing you like, as long as the majority of the plate is greens.  This will reduce insulin spikes, decrease body fat, support your immune system, improve your gut flora, and give you all kinds of nutrients.
