10 Each KB Swing, Goblet Squat, KB SDLHP
Dynamic Stretch

Strength: Bar Dips / GHD Sit-ups

Use Weight for both exercizes if possible.

WOD: KB 300
For Time:
5 rounds
40 KB Swing 45/35
10 KB Snatch Rt Arm
10 KB Snatch Lt Arm
