For Time with a Partner:
Carry each of these items 800m. (4 Laps)
Together > Dual Barbells 95/65
Individual > Sandbag 40/30 > Roll-ups
Together > Heavy PVC Pipe Red/Blue
Together > Single KB 72/55
Individual > DB Each Hand 35/25 > Burpee
You can go in any order.
On items that are carried individually, one partner performs the exercise listed while the other partner is carrying the object, then they switch. In other words, both partners must do some portion of the Sandbag and DB carries, to reach the total of 800m.
There are two scores today….Time to complete the WOD and Total Reps of Roll-ups and Burpees as a team.
