Squat Clean (115/85 – 135/105 – 155/125 – 175/145 – 195/165)
* Start with 10 T2B then between each set of squat clean and at the end.
If you scale the weight on the squat cleans do it such a way that you can still build weight through the course of the workout.
A possible scale for T2B is T2R.
