4.18.2020 SYLB Workout #3

Today we post the last of the “Support Your Local Box” workouts.  It is a chipper with a 20 min. time cap.  The 50 DB Deadlift my create a bit of a problem if you only have one heavy DB or KB.  If you can use them both, one in each hand.  Or call me, (Cal), and I will get you what you need.  CrossFit changed the standard for the 50 ABmat Sit-ups for this workout.  If you want to RX the workout you cannot let your hands go above your head when you lay back on the sit-up.  Instead you must touch your shoulder blades to the ground and keep your hands above your hips, (note the photos).  50 Box Step-ups not Box Jumps !!!!.  The 50 Single Arm Thrusters, use either arm and switch arms as you wish.

For time:
50 dumbbell deadlifts 50/35
50 AbMat sit-ups
50 box step-ups 24/20
50 single-arm dumbbell thrusters

Time cap: 20 minutes
