Warm-up: 
3 Rounds
10 Jumping jacks
10 Russian twist
10 GPU’s (girl push-ups)
:Dynamic stretch:

WOD: 4.16.2020 AT HOME WORKOUT
15 min. AMRAP ladder
3 KB/DB swings
3 sit ups
3 air squats
(Add 3 reps to each movement each round.)
