To the Stand Firm Family,  Tami and I are grateful for all the words of encouragement that we have received.  We want to encourage all of you as well to stay in good spirits while we all endure these difficult times.  As we all know exercise is a great way to deal with the stress and pressure that life hands out.  Hopefully we will be able to get back in the box sooner than later.  Until then we will continue to post these AT HOME WODs.

AT HOME WOD 3.20.20

16 Minute AMRAP:
16 Jumping Air Squats
6 Burpees
16 Alternating Jumping Lunges (R+L=2)
6 Burpees
16 Mountain Climbers (R+L=1)
6 Burpees
Simply leave the ground on the Jumping Air Squats.
Scale Jumping Lunges with alternating lunges.
