3.18.2020 AT HOME WOD

This is in response to the PUBLIC HEALTH ORDER 20-22 CLOSING BARS, RESTAURANTS, THEATERS, GYMNASIUMS, AND CASINOS STATEWIDE.  Failure to comply with this order is subject to the penalties contained in sections 25-1-114, C.R.S, INCLUDING A FINE OF UP TO ONE THOUSAND (1,000) DOLLARS AND IMPRISONMENT IN THE COUNTY JAIL FOR UP TO ONE YEAR.

So there it is……….we have no choice but to shut the doors for the next 4 weeks.  I know for everyone…..this is a complete bummer.  We will, however, survive and get stronger from this experience.

Here is the plan for the rest of this week,

Clean Eating Challenge

  1. The CEC20.1 is over.  We will call last Sunday, March 15th, the last day.  Cal will be at the box at 7:00 am and from 4:30 to 6:00 pm on Wednesday (18th) and Thursday (19th), this week, to do Body Composition Assessments.
  2. We will still want Diapers to be part of the Bonus equation through this Friday (20th).  If Cal is not at the Box, you can drop off diapers and wipes at Grand County Auto Repair, (Dave and Kris’s business just west of the Box), and Cal or Tami will pick them up there.  Make sure your name is on them.
  3. Score Sheets for CEC20.1 can be turned in when you get your Body Assessment done or you can slide them under the front door of the box sometime this week.
  4. We will calculate the winners of the CEC and get prizes ordered.
  5. The scheduled date for the Post CEC BBQ is April 10th,  That will probably change so please check the website going forward.

CrossFit Workouts

  1. We will post a workout Monday through Saturday that you can do at home.
  2. We will be as creative as possible with the movements and the rep schemes.
  3. If you want to take a KB, DB, plate, or older jump rope home we will check one out to you.  To keep track of who has what, we will take a photo of you with whatever you check out. We will not check-out barbells, slamballs or med-balls.
  4. Cal will be at the Box Wednesday (18th) and Thursday (19th) at 7:00 am and from 4:30 to 6:00 pm if you want to check out a piece of  equipment.
