Warm-up:  3 Rounds of 10 Reverse Hyper, 10 Push Press, 10 Good Mornings and 50 ft of Bear Crawl.  Dynamic Stretch

Strength: Deadlift
You have 15 min. to warm-up and set up for the deadlift in the workout.
Be prepared for 60 reps of heavy deadlift.

WOD:  FROYO

Icing: Dragon 2 min. ES and Seated Straddle 3 min.
