Strength: Clean and Jerk
3 Reps EMOM for 5 Min.
2 Reps EMOM for 5 Min.
Work on your cycling, “Touch and Go”.
Do not get too heavy, save it for the workout.

WOD: GRACE

For Time:
30 Clean and Jerk 135/95

Icing: 40 T2B
