Warm-up: 2 rounds to Row 300m followed by 10 Deadlift, 10 Hang Clean, 10 Push Jerk. Dynamic Stretch.

Strength: Clean & Jerk Cycling
5 reps EMOM for 6 min.
Start light and work on your cycling, (Touch and Go).
Build weight to your WOD weight. Use a weight that you can cycle through the 5 reps of C&J for at least the 1st 4 rounds.
