The “NOT SO SCARY” Friday Night Lights bunch.

Big week this week. The last CrossFit OPEN workout is Friday, and it is always a good one. We will have our post OPEN party as part of “Friday Night Lights”. Bring some good clean eats and the beverage of your chosing to celebrate the end of the 2020 CrossFit OPEN.  It is a long time till the next one.

The Stand Firm CrossFit Cup competition is really heated as of this writing, with only 15 points separating all the teams. Lots of points are at stake this week. It should be fun. 

The big point getter for Week 5 is a Diaper Drive……“Another Diaper Drive you say”Yep, Bryant and Allie are getting close and we want to help them out.  So, here’s the deal, You can earn up to 1 point for your team for every  diaper that you bring in.  We are going to limit the points at 50 however.  But feel free to bring in all the diapers you want. If you want to bring in Wipes it is 1 point per 10 wipes.

Here is how you earn points the Final Week!

  • Complete 20.5 and submit your score.
  • Attend “Friday Night Lights”
  • Show up at your workout in Theme
  • Bring in Diapers or Wipes

Warm-up: Row 2 Games of Fish, followed by Dynamic Stretch

Strength: Thruster / Strict Pull-up
3 Thruster, 3 Strict Pull-ups on the 90 second for 6 Rounds.
