Scott, Michelle and Audrey kick off the 2020 CrossFit OPEN. They are all smiles, this is going to be fun.

Welcome to the 2020 CrossFit OPEN.  This is going to be challenging and fun.  We will be doing the OPEN workout every Friday for the next 5 weeks.  The workouts are released on Thursday evening at 6 pm our time, which then provides us with the next day’s workout.

When you come in the box on Friday please sign-up on the WHITEBOARD in the front room for your time to complete the workout.  Even if you are not entered in the OPEN we want you to sign in on the WHITEBOARD. Fill out a score-sheet, (in the box on the floor in front of the WHITEBOARD),  and bring it into the gym when your time to go is at hand.

Posted on the WHITEBOARD is a description of the OPEN workout along with the standards and the weights for each division.  It is your responsibility to know what those are for you.

Please be fully warmed up and ready to go when your workout time arrives.  Remember to bring your score-sheet with you.

Warm-up: The Warm-up is posted on the whiteboard in the Stallion Corral.  You are responsible for your own warm-up.

10 bar-facing burpees
♀ 65 lb. ♂ 95 lb.
Time cap: 15 minutes
Scaled (Scaled Ages 16-54)
♀ 45 lb., may step over bar on burpees
♂ 65 lb., may step over bar on burpees
Masters 55+
♀ 45 lb.
♂ 65 lb.
Scaled Masters 55+
♀ 35 lb., may step over bar on burpees
♂ 45 lb., may step over bar on burpees

Icing: Judge a workout.
