Highway 40 Throwdown News
We have one more week to get teams organized for the HWY 40 Throwdown. If you want to participate please put your name on the whiteboard. We have several people who need partners. There is a division that will work for everyone.
Warm-up: Coaches Choice
Strength: Deadlift / Strict T2B
10+4 (5+4)5
Go as heavy as you can but you cannot drop the bar during any reps. You must lower the bar to the ground on each rep. The eccentric portion of the lift is important today.
WOD: KNOBBER
10 min. AMRAP
Complete as many Wallballs 20/14 as possible in 10 min.
Start with 5 Deadlift 205/145
Complete 5 Deadlift on the minute until time runs out.
Icing: Airplane to 25, (Practice isn’t sexy, but it is important.)
