2nd min. Wallball 20/14
20 sec. Rest
3rd min. GHD Sit-ups
20 sec. Rest
4th min. Medball Cleans 20/14
20 sec. Rest
5th min. Plate OH Step Back Lunges 35/25
20 sec. Rest

Athletes can start at any movement they want but must stay in order. At the end of each minute you have 20 seconds to transition to the next.

Icing: Go to Skinner’s retirement party at the Silvercreek Inn. 6 PM to 9 PM

Ok Gang, it is time to move your gear upstairs. The cubbies are for use by everyone during classes throughout the day. If it is too hard to go up stairs to get your shoes it is probably too hard to CrossFit. We will give it a day and then Cal will move what’s left upstairs.
