Warm-up: 3 Rounds of  10 Roll-ups, 10 Barbell Push Press, 10 Calorie Bike or Row.  Dynamic Stretch

Strength:  Power Clean and Jerk
3 Reps of Clean and Jerk EMOM for 10 min.
This is drill time. Use these 10 min. to dial in your ability to Cycle the C&J’s. Build weight to the weight you intend to use for the WOD. The strength training will occur in the WOD.
