Congratulations to everyone who participated in the 2019 CrossFit OPEN. It was a tremendous 5 weeks watching everyone put their heart and soul into the OPEN workouts. We saw so many amazing accomplishments this past month. From 1st time OPEN participation to getting a 1st muscle-up and everything in between. For many the OPEN meant stepping outside your comfort zone and you did a great job. For all of us it meant doing workouts that counted for something and because of that you went just a little bit harder than you do on a day in mid June or September. Hopefully you found out that you are more capable than you realized and that is awesome. Please be sure to write any accomplishment you did is written on the door for the month of March.
Please make sure that you post your results for 19.5 before 5 pm this afternoon. Last week we had several people fail to do so, OUCH!!
