2.24.2019 CEC19.1 Final Instructions


Over night we had a new addition to our Stand Firm CrossFit family………Congratulations to Tori and Kyle on a little girl !!!!!!

Somebody’s been eat’n clean.

Upon reading this post you will be in your last day of the Clean Eating Challenge.  This is the end of the Challenge but we hope it is the beginning of a much improved lifestyle when it comes to your nutritional choices.  It is common to see people do a great job eating clean for the duration of the challenge but once it is over they all to often revert back to old habits that are not good for them. 

So here is a suggestion…………It is called the 80-20 approach to clean eating.  I have included three links that you can click on to read more about the 80-20 approach to healthy eating.  Click HERE, HERE, or HERE to access the articles. 

CEC19.1 Week 7  Important Closing Events 

Monday – Body Composition Evaluation, During all the classes Monday you can get your Skin Fold Test taken.  We have your original measurements so it will be a lot of fun to see how far you have come in 6 short weeks.

Tuesday – We will repeat the CEC19.1 Workout.  It is important that you remember your set-up for the workout and duplicate it exactly.   Please make every attempt to make it into the Box on Tuesday to get the workout accomplished.  Once you finish the CEC19.1 Workout write the results on the bottom margin of the Week 6 score sheet and turn the score sheet in.

Results of the Clean Eating Challenge will be announced at the Awards Party which will be on Friday, March 22nd.  That is the Final “FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS” event. Weather permitting we will have a BBQ that night and enjoy a great finish to the 2019 CrossFit OPEN.
