2.10.2018 CEC19.1 Week 5 Information


     4 Weeks down, two to go.  I can see changes in many of you now that we have been eating REAL FOOD for 1 month.  It is fun to hear the stories of your journey through the CEC19.1.  For some it is our annual time to get back on track, for many of you it is your first time to put your nutrition at the forefront of your fitness equation.  Keep up the good work everyone. CEC19.1 Week 5 Information.

     This week there are 25 bonus points available.  On Wednesday you can earn 20 of those points by completing the WOD with your CEC19.1 Teammate.  The alternative day is the following Saturday.  The remaining 5 points can be earned by submitting a suggestion for a THEME for “FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS”.  From the submissions we will pick 5 for our “FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS” events during the CrossFit OPEN.  Themes need to be simple, fun and something you would like to take part in.

Week 4 Bonus Points

     Diapers need to be in to the gym office by end of business Tuesday.  Ellis could have a new brother or sister any day.  Remember, Tori has requested 18 month plus diapers. Make sure that you clearly identify, with your name, the diapers that you drop off.
      If Cal did not interview you on camera last week, seek him out and get it done before the end of the day Tuesday.

     Reminder !!!!!!   Please note, that you must write in, on your score sheet any food/foods items that you consume, that you should not have eaten.  Simply putting a -1 in the space on the score sheet does not get it.  Negative points will be doubled.
