CEC19.1 Week 4 Information
Congratulations to everyone on making it this far. We are 1/2 way through this CEC and results are starting to show up. If it takes 21 days to create a habit my hope is that, some new good habits have been formed. Perhaps you have discovered that you can get along without some fake food item that you never though you could give up. Isn’t it great to EAT REAL FOOD. A couple people have commented that they enjoy their meals more and really savor every bite.
So now you can go into these last three weeks with a lot of confidence that, “This is something I can do and something that is going to make a positive difference in my life.” We look forward to some amazing success stories from all of you.
Week 4 Bonus Points. There are a lot of bonus points available this week. Here is how you earn them….
- Cal will be asking you 1 of 2 possible questions sometime during the week, “Why do you CrossFit?” or “How has CrossFit impacted your life?” You will be asked while on camera sometime before, during or after a class. Please think about what you are going to say prior to being asked the question. Bonus Points will be awarded to you if it is obvious that you have prepared a response. 20 points available.
- Tori and Kyle are just a few short weeks away from welcoming a new little one into the world. As is our tradition at Stand Firm CrossFit we want to help them out. So to earn Week 4 Bonus Points you can bring in some diapers. Here’s how it will work…….You will receive .25 points for every diaper you bring in with a maximum of 25 points available. Here is the hitch……Tori asked that the diapers be for 18 months and older.
Week 5 Bonus Point “Heads Up”: Week 5 bonus points will be earned by doing a partner WOD with your CEC19.1 Teammate. That WOD is scheduled for Wednesday 2/13. Make plans now to get with your teammate during one of the classes that day. If you cannot schedule it for the 13th, the previous Saturday, (9th), or the following Saturday, (16th), will be the alternative.
Please Note….Be sure to fill in the prohibited food/foods that you eat in the processed food column. Simply writing a -1 in the column does not fulfill the requirement. From now on, if the food/foods are not listed, deduction points will be doubled.
