CEC19.1 Week 2 Information

Please read the following information so that you are up to speed on CEC19.1.  

Rule Changes/Adjustment

If you are out of town, you can drop-in to a CrossFit affiliate to get your 2 pts for a workout.

If you are out of town and cannot drop-in at a CrossFit affiliate you can do a WOD on your own and claim  1 point.  So if you are doing your own workouts on the road  you will be able to earn up to 4 points per week.

In both cases you need to provide a written description of the workout that you did either on your own or at a CrossFit affiliate.

If you are in town you cannot make these exceptions, you need to come into Stand Firm.

Food Questions Answer

Bacon or no bacon?  Uncured bacon is acceptable.

Bread or no bread? Look at the ingredients, if there is science it is unacceptable. 

Stevia?  Be careful here, pure stevia is hard to find.  Packages that advertise Stevia usually are loaded with sugar or sugar substitutes such as dextrose. Click HERE for a great article on the subject.

Week 2 Bonus Point Requirement

This week your challenge on top of eating clean/REAL FOOD is to formulate and write down 3 fitness related goals.  2 of these goals will be CrossFit specific goals that you will work towards during 2019.  The other is a goal related to some outside physical activity that you will attempt to accomplish or complete in 2019.

All three goals need to be specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time limited.  

You will write your goals on the garage door by the end of the day Tuesday the 29th, in order to score your teams bonus points.
