Warm-up: Row 5 min. 2 rounds of 15 KB Swings, 10 Goblet Squats. Dynamic Stretch

Strength: Deficit Deadlift / Deadlift
3 reps of Deficit Deadlift EMOM for 6 min.
3 Reps of Deadlift EMOM for 4 min.
Treat this as a warm-up for the WOD.
