For Time:
Start the WOD with 4 Burpees and complete 4 Burpees on the minute until COMPLETELY finished.
1000 m. Row
When the clock hits 6 min. you must complete 100 KB Swings 45/35
Return to the Rower if necessary after the KB Swings are complete to finish your 1000 m. row.
100 Double Unders
If you finish the 1000 m. Row before the 6 min. mark you can go to the KB Swings.
You must do 4 Burpees on the minute until you finish all the Rowing, KB Swings, and Double Unders.
