This coming Satuday, (Oct 13th), we will be hosting a Gymnastics Clinic featuring Tiffany Headrickson.  Tiffany was an elite level gymnast who turned to CrossFit when her competitive gymnastics days were over.  Tiffany has reached the highest level of competitive CrossFit reaching the CrossFit Games as an individual in 2013 and 2014 and she was a member of the CrossFit Games Team Champions, “Wasatch CrossFit”, in 2017.

The clinic will focus on Gymnastics movements that we use in CrossFit….Handstand Walking, Pull-ups, Muscle-ups, etc.  

If you are not signed up there is still time. The cost is $65. Bring Cash to pay Tiffany.  Doors open at 8 am the clinic starts at 9 am.  If you have questions talk to Cal.  Thank you Laura for setting this up.
