Today we repeat the CEC 18.2 WOD. Make sure that you have the same set-up you had 1 month ago. We will do Body Composition Assesments first, then the WOD and then the 20 reps of Squat. If you are participating in the CEC make sure that you show up at the gym fully hydrated. If you come in for a morning class drink plenty of water Sunday night. If you come in to an afternoon class be sure to drink water all day. Hydration is critical to an accurate test. PLEASE BRING YOUR WEEK 4 SCORE SHEET WITH YOU TODAY, SO THAT YOU CAN FILL IN ALL THE NECESSARY INFORMATION.
