Clean Eating Challenge 2018.2. Here is how it will work. You must declare three, yes three, Foods/Drink that you will eliminate from your diet for the next 30 days. You will earn 1 point each day for each food you avoid, (3 points possible). The food/drink you are going to eliminate must be something that contributes to an unhealthy diet. We want you to get rid of the foods you crave but know they are not good for you. We will do a CEC workout on Tuesday and Body Composition analysis. There is a buy in of $20. All the money goes for prizes to the winners. Winners are determined by the following, Body Fat Change, Weight Change, Workout Change and Points earned by eliminating foods. So, if you want to take part be ready to go on Tuesday.
