     Tami and I want to thank everyone for the great event that we hosted on Saturday. It is amazing to see how people step up to the plate and help. You are all appreciated so much. A special thanks to Steve Penrose, Katlin and Allie the Miller Sisters, Mike Garrett, Mark Birdseye, Delayne Neiberger, Debbie McCall, Jim McCall, Hannah Cox, Kelli Visage, Haley Friesen, Bobwerd Sissorhands, Jeri Piller, Toots Cherrington, Jennifer Stuart, and Charlie all of whom were key to getting things off to a good start and kept them running all day. Steve, Mark, and Mike were truly warriors when it came to their tasks. Thanks guys.

     When you walk into the box today and it looks like nothing went on all weekend, that is thanks to the clean up crew of Nate, Nina, Kyle, Tori, Mark, Mark, Allie, Bryant, Steve, Bobby, Jim, Debbie, Michael, Matt, and Kelly. Believe me it took serious work to clean things up and put things back together. We were all very tired but stuck together and got the job done. I can’t thank you enough.

     And to all those who took their turn at judging the workouts during the day. THANK YOU. Lur, Alana, Mark, Tami, Matt, Tori, Kyle, Bryant, Justin, Brenden, Mike, Nate, Michelle, John, Natalia, Mary, Talise, Jene, Hayley x 2, Trevor and Kelly.

     It is always dangerous to list those who helped because you will undoubtedly leave someone out. Please forgive me if I missed you.

     Congrats to all the Stand Firm CrossFit athletes on the effort that you put forth Saturday. Every time I turned around I was amazed to watch you guys giving it everything you had. I had several spectators comment on how much fun it was to watch the workouts and the tremendous effort. CrossFit is an amazing spectator sport.
