FYI: We need everyone who is signed up for the HWY 40 Throwdown to get their entry fee paid up ($30). Many have already paid, as indicated by the green bar on the paper taped to the Whiteboard. If your name is not in the green you still owe for the entry fee. The workouts will be issued on Sunday night on the website. Look them over and then on Monday indicate the LEVEL that you and your teammate want to compete at. Any one who is not competing but wants to help put on the event please sign u on the whiteboard ASAP. I will get you a t-shirt for helping but you need to get signed up this week and indicate your shirt size.
