What an honor it is to do the workout “MURPH”. Today we take time to complete “MURPH”, in honor of Lt. Michael Murphy and in honor of all the fallen heroes that have made it possible for us to have the freedom and liberty that we enjoy. When you are suffering today think about the ultimate sacrifice that so many men and women have made for this great nation, for you.

We will collect the money and write a check equaling 20 x’s the number of participants we have today. If we can get 50 people that would be an awesome $1000 we could send to Wounded Warriors.
