5.17.2018 TRIPPLE TRIPLET


Time to get your team together for the Highway 40 Throwdown.  Everyone can take part because there are 4 different divisions to accommodate everyone.  No age groups just different weights and movements based on the CrossFit Open catagories listed.

Warm-up: Row 500m or Run 400m then 3 rounds of Cindy. Dynamic Stretch

WOD: TRIPPLE TRIPLET

Teams of 3
2 Rounds for time:
25 3 man Sit-ups with tube
P1 400m Sandbag Run
P2 25 Pull-ups
P3 25 Slamball 40/30
25 3 man Sit-ups with tube
P2 400m Sandbag Run
P3 25 Pull-ups
P1 25 Slamball 40/30
25 3 man Sit-ups with tube
P3 400m Sandbag Run
P1 25 Pull-ups
P2 25 Slamball 40/30
In the end each partner will do 50 pull-ups, 50 ball slams, run 800m., and do 150 sit-ups.

Icing: Muscle-up May is nearly 2/3 over. How are you muscle-up progressions going.
