We are just 2 weeks away from one of the best events of the year. “MURPH”.  This year we will have two flights of “MURPH” on Saturday morning the 26th. The 1st flight will start at 7:30 am, the 2nd Flight will start at 8:45 am.  We are going to serve breakfast to everyone who finishes the workout.  We are asking that in exchange for a great workout and a great breakfast, you donate $20.  ALL the money we raise this year is going to be given to Wounded Warriors.  Last year we had about 40 participants, we hope to have more this year.  You are welcome to bring friends and family to participate.  We can get real creative in how we scale the workout.

 

 

 

 

 

Warm-up: Jog to Lois Lane and back, 2 Rounds of 16 Shoulder Touches, 10 Sit-ups, 10 Air Squats. Dynamic Stretch
