Our 2018 Clean Eating Challenge winners are jumping for joy.

Congratulations to everyone who took part in this years CEC.  I know you were challenged with the “My Fitness Pal” requirement, but hopefully you are now familiar with a resource that can help you monitor just what you eat.  80% of your fitness is what you eat.  For many of us we learn more each time we do one of these challenges.  We had some impressive numbers when it came to Body Fat and Weight loss.  The results are posted in the box if you are interested.

The female winners were, 1st place Alana, 2nd place K8EE, 3rd place Hayley.
The male winners were, 1st place – Cal, 2nd place – Mark, 3rd place – Kyle M.
