At 3 p.m. Dave Castro will announce three workout options for 18.5 on Facebook Live. The CrossFit community will then have the chance to vote on the workouts and select the one we will all have to perform in Week 5 of the CrossFit Games Open. That’s right: three options at 3 p.m. PT. 

Tune in on the CrossFit Games Facebook page and Games.CrossFit.com at 3 p.m. PT, (4 pm Mountain Time), to see the announcement and pick your destiny.  If you get a chance to vote, go for it!!!

FYI– Everyone is invited to the “END OF OPEN/CLEAN EATING CHALLENGE” party on Friday night.  We will celebrate the finish to the CrossFit OPEN and the accomplishments of the Clean Eating Challenge participants.  Bring some food to share, and the beverage of your choosing.  Spouses and friends are more than welcome.
