18.4……..was a big shock to everyone. In the end, the handstand walks were a long way off, which makes us all respect the elite CrossFit athletes even more. At the time of this writing the current top male and top female finishes are 6:53 and 6:32 respectively. Still in all, we saw some amazing performances from everyone.
The theme of St. Pattys day was well represented. Thanks to Matt for the Irish brewski, Mike via Kim Garrett for the goodies and then on Sunday Michael brings in ribs. THE MASTERS have really stepped up their game as a team and have moved ahead in the Stand Firm CrossFit CUP standings. This is the final week of the OPEN so there is a lot on the line.
