The theme for “Friday Night Lights” was a lot of fun and we all got to see a lot of tremendous effort put forth. It was exciting to see so many athletes conquer their Double Unders. On Sunday we watched Nate smash his Friday score. Trevor is now doing pull-ups along with Alana, Take yourself back a year or maybe even two and think to yourself, “How would I do in that workout back then?” We have all come a long way.

Add weight, but emphasis is on cycling the barbell quickly.
