Congrats to everyone for the tremendous effort put forth in 18.1, the 1st OPEN workout. We saw some amazing performances by everyone over the weekend. I posted a lot of photos on the Stand Firm CrossFit Facebook page. We still have several people who need to post their results to the CrossFit games website. Remember the deadline to do so is 5 pm Today. If you do not post your results it was all for not.

- Today we will weigh out and perform body fat assessments.
- Week 7 Score-sheets are due by the end of the day on Tuesday, 2/27. Fill in everything carefully!
- Before and after photos need to be presented to Cal or Tami no later than Wednesday. The photos should be presented side by side so that changes can be easily seen.
- The post CEC Workout 18.1 will be the WOD on Tuesday, 2/27. If you scaled the pre CEC Workout 18.1 is important that you know exactly the setup you used. Review your 18.1 results so that you know what you need to beat.
- March 23, 2018 CEC Party and awards presentation. This will take place in conjunction with the Friday Night Lights 18.5 OPEN Workout.
