Warm-up: 1/2 Tabata: Mtn. Climbers, KB Swings, Goblet Squat. Dynamic Stretch, (Emphasis Shoulders)

Strength: Push Jerk OTR
3 Reps EMOM for 5 min.
2 Reps EMOM for 5 min.
