CEC INFO: Week 2 Score-sheets are due by the end of the day Tuesday ,(7:30 pm). Be sure to do the math on your score-sheet. The small box in the bottom right-hand corner should have a number in it!!!! Pick up your Week 3 score-sheet and look over it closely.  (Always a new twist.)

Now that we are in our 3rd week we should all be getting closer to the numbers when it comes to our MACRO intake. As Nate indicated it is important to be within 5 grams + or – for your Carbs, Fats and Proteins if you want to maximize your results.

Down to our last three sessions of the 20 rep Back Squat Cycle. It is so important that you get a good warm-up in prior to starting in on your 20 Reps. Take the time you need to get ready for this very intense Back Squat session. Get focused and be willing to really Bear Down.
