Open Gym is a great time for you to work on a goal you have set for yourself.

Monday, we kick-off the 2018 Clean Eating Challenge. This is a time when we are all in it together; to learn, to experience, to share, to suffer, to sacrifice, to hold each other accountable, to laugh and to succeed, in our quest to be the best I/we can possible be. If you were unable to attend the orientation meeting on Friday don’t let that stop you from taking part. We had a lot of people there and any one of them will get you up to speed. The 1st week is really all about practice and learning how to use MY FITNESS PAL. So, you can still take part.
