The Stand Firm CrossFit “Clean Eating Challenge 2018″, (CEC), will begin on Monday, January 8th.  This year we are going to add a little technology to the equation. We will be using MY FITNESS PAL.  Spend a couple minutes looking at it via your computer or by installing the MY FITNESS PAL App on your smart phone.  Several people in the box use it already and have made some recommendations that we give it a go.  Nate, Laura, Nina, Jeri and Michael all have good things to say about it.  Our hope is that MY FITNESS PAL will help you to determine what you should be eating rather than focusing so much on what not to eat.  Keep a close eye on this website this week for announcements on upcoming activities that relate to this year’s CEC.  CLICK HERE TO GO TO MY FITNESS PAL.
