FYI– Starting on Monday, Oct. 2nd if nobody has signed up for one of the morning classes by 10 pm the night before, the class will not be held. For the past couple weeks we have had some vacant classes. The coaches are more than willing to be there for a single participant. So sign-up by clicking on the blue kettlebell on the home page of the website or by using the mindbody app on your phone. If you cannot figure it out talk to Cal in the next day or two.
