Saturday, Stand Firm CrossFit will be closed.  All the coaches and 20 others will be participating in the 4th Annual Hwy 40 Throwdown in Steamboat.  Below is a schedule and information about the event.  If you want to see a great CrossFit competition take the drive on Saturday to Steamboat and check it out.  The trees on Rabbit Ears should be worth the drive as well.
