On the 3 min.
7 Rounds:
400m. Run (Scale w/200m)
10 Box Jumps 24/20

Score is total seconds of rest used over the course of 7 Rounds.
Look at the clock when you finish your Box Jumps each round.
If you cannot keep up with the clock the WOD becomes an AMRAP or you can shorten the run to a 200m
