Today we will be celebrating Nina and Nate’s wedding during the early afternoon. Therefore the 4:30 pm class is cancelled but we will still have the 6 am, 7 am and 5:30 pm classes.

WOD: TO HAVE AND TO HOLD

For Time with a partner:
800m Run with each partner holding on to a KB 55/45
80 Slamball 40/30
400m Run w/KB
60 Pull-ups
200m Run w/KB
40 GHD Sit-ups
100m Run w/KB
As a team you must perform 25 KB Swings at the halfway point of each run.
If the KB touches the ground at any point after the start of the WOD, both partners must do 20 Air Squats immediately before continuing.
