Soxx and her 7:00 am Friends.

Yesterday was Soxx’s last day at Stand Firm.  Thank You Katie, for being part of this CrossFit community since day one and for helping us to build a great box.  We will miss you very much and we wish you and Mike the best as head to new adventures.  

Warm-up, (15min): Run 800m. Then 2 Rounds of 10 BB Push Press, 10 BB Good Mornings, BB Back Squat.  Dynamic Stretch.  Then 5 Sprints.
