3.24.2017 CrossFit OPEN 17.5


John is, the leader of the pack…1st to take on 17.5 Thursday night.

Here it is the last OPEN workout for 2017.  The past 5 weeks have gone by so fast.  For me it has been a lot of fun with a bunch of great memories provided by all of you.  Lets make this last OPEN workout our best one.  Just put your mind to it and you will amaze yourself and those around you.

LUR’s CHALLENGE wraps up with 17.5 and the party on Sunday.  I may not be able to name the winning team on Sunday but we should have a pretty good idea.  FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS should be fun tonight.  Should have some good team themes to look for and the workout performances should be EPIC.

Women use 65 lb.
Women use 45 lb.
Scaled: (Ages 16-54)
Men use 65 lb. and perform single-unders

Teenagers 14-15:
Boys use 65 lb.
Girls use 45 lb.
Scaled Teenagers 14-15:
Boys use 45 lb. and perform single-unders
Girls use 35 lb. and perform single-unders
