We have had a great three days this week leading up to today. Now we want to give our bodies a little rest prior to the final OPEN workout, 17.5. If history repeats it’s self 17.5 will be a memorable workout. In the past the final workout of the OPEN has always been a doosie. The .5 workouts tend to leave a lasting impression on you. We have not seen THRUSTERS or DOUBLE UNDERS yet so lookout.
LUR’s CHALLENGE teams make sure that you are communicating on the whiteboard with each other. Let each other know what your team theme is for the week so you can earn those points.
Remember the post OPEN celebration/party and the CEC Awards party is Sunday after we finish the workouts which start at 2 pm. Tami and I will have burgers and Chicken on the grill. Bring your specialty and something to drink and we will celebrate a great OPEN and recognize the CEC winners. The weather is not going to be good so we will probably be inside.
