Open Gym is a great time for you to work on a goal you have set for yourself.
Coaches are here to help you, please make sure you ask them to coach you.

We had a great FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS. Thanks to everyone who came in and participated. Thank you Nina and Nate for great burgers. Thank you to Kristin, Laura, Jill, Gay, Lindsey, Laurie and John and Michelle for some great eats as well. To those that did the workout you guys and gals are awesome. That was a very painful 13 minutes and you all gave it everything you had. Below are a few pics from Friday. Several teams really stepped up their themes this week.
