A look at some great 17.3 performances Friday.
If you plan on completing the CrossFit OPEN 17.3 workout today make sure you get in by 8:30 am. You will need to warm-up and be ready to go. Yesterday we watched some tremendous performances in both OPEN workouts and LUR’s Challenge workouts.
Due to an error in communication we are allowing another week to earn 2 points/person for your LUR’s Challenge Team, by putting up a PHOTO and BIO on your CrossFit Games profile page. The deadline has been extended to March 16th.
